Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cut rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O (dry)
1/2 white or yellow cake mix (dry)
1 c. water
a few butter patties (on top)
Preparation

Put rhubarb in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle sugar, Jell-O, cake mix and water on top.
Put butter on top.
Do not mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
