Pigs In A Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1/4 c. rice, cooked until tender
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Parboil cabbage leaves until limp.
Cool.
Cook rice.
Mix together meat, eggs, rice and 1/2 can mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
Place small portion of meat mixture into cabbage leaf and roll, folding edges and ends.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Arrange rolls in bottom of baking dish or roaster.
Mix remaining portion of soup with tomato paste and pour over the rolls.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
You can line the bottom of pan with extra cabbage leaves if desired.
