Pizza Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. pepperoni slices, cut in half
    4 hot, baked potatoes, split
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, in hot oil, cook pepper, basil and oregano until pepper is tender.
    Stir in soup, water and pepperoni.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon mixture over potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
