Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bowl popped corn (do not add salt)
    1 stick butter, melted in a deep bowl
    1/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook (for the sauce) the butter, syrup, brown sugar and baking soda on High for 3 minutes.
    In 2 large paper bags, place the popped corn and the sauce.
    Shake well; may want to stir a little. Return entire bag
    to microwave for 2 minutes.
    Shake again. Return bag to microwave for 2 minutes.
    Great snack for kids.
