Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen black-eyed peas
1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil-free Italian dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Combine peas and remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve with chips.
