Braised Pork Coriander - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless pork
1 lb. tiny new potatoes
1/2 lb. small mushrooms
1 c. dry wine
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. ground coriander seed
Preparation

Remove excess fat and cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.
Scrub potatoes and cut in half; do not peel.
Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown the potatoes and pork.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. When the pork and potatoes are browned, move them to one side of the pan and add mushrooms.
Saute quickly; combine with potatoes and pork.
Reduce heat; add wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with ground coriander.
Cover.
Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes or until pork and potatoes are done.
