C-Sharp Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    6 Tbsp. cold butter
    3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray muffin pan with Pam or similar. Put flour in bowl; cut in cold butter.
    Add cheese and milk.
    Mix into a dough.
    Spoon into muffin pan.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes until muffins are golden brown.
