Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butterscotch chips and margarine.
Add brown sugar; mix well.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat egg slightly and add with vanilla to sugar mixture.
Sift in dry ingredients .
Mix well by hand.
Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
May add nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
