Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    This may be baked in iron skillet or in corn stick or muffin pans, which have been lightly sprayed with Pam.
    Makes about 15 muffins. I prefer iron cornstick pan.
