Eggs Portugal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small skinless pork sausage, browned and cut into thirds
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    8 slices bread (remove crust and cube)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam, place bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk and salt.
    Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
