Chinese Style Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (14 oz.) can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables, drained and chilled
Preparation
    Mix well in a medium bowl the soy sauce, mustard, ginger and hot pepper sauce.
    Stir in cooked chicken and green onions to coat well.
    Chill at least 30 minutes.
    Before serving, stir in vegetables.
    Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
    Serves 4.
