Easy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Chicken a la King
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp. each: black pepper, oregano and salt
1/8 tsp. each: garlic powder, chili powder and ground cumin (optional)
2 1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. salad oil
8 corn tortillas
1/4 c. sour cream (for lower fat, substitute canned stewed tomatoes)
Preparation

Cook onions in margarine until tender. Combine Chicken a la King, cooked onion, chilies, all spices and 1 1/2 cups of the grated cheese. This is the filling.
