Peanut Butter And Jelly Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. margarine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallow (about 40) or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
5 c. crisp rice cereal
3/4 c. grape jelly
Preparation

Melt peanut butter and margarine in 3-quart pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well blended.
Remove from heat.
Add cereal and stir until well coated.
Press half of mixture into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Spread with jelly and top with remaining cream mixture, pressing gently. Chill and cut into squares.
