Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 medium green peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. hot water
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat cooking oil in skillet.
    Add green peppers.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Combine soup mix in small bowl with water and liquid from pineapple.
    Add to skillet and simmer covered 5 minutes. Combine vinegar, sugar and cornstarch in bowl and stir into meat. Add pineapple; cover and simmer until thick.
