Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add sour cream, then flour and mix well.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven but leave cake in oven for 1 hour with heat off.
