Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 stick chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    red pepper
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onions and oleo, then add flour; mix well.
    Slowly add milk; cook until thick.
    (May need to add a little milk if too thick.)
    Add all seasoning, egg yolks and crab meat.
    Pour into glass dish.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
