Chicken Ruby - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut into 8 pieces
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cranberries
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Combine the flour and salt in a plastic bag.
    Add chicken pieces and shake to coat.
    Melt the butter in a large casserole and brown the chicken pieces.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring just to a boil.
    Pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
