Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick cut pork chops
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wrap each chop with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
    Place chops in a 2-quart shallow casserole dish in a single layer.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn once and remove cover after 40 minutes.
