Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 lb. fruit cake mix
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. almond extract
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    4 c. flour
    5 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 in three loaf pans. Wrap, while warm, in aluminum foil.
