Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped ham
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    6 eggs or egg substitute
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (or any other).
    Spoon ham over crust (drain first).
    Sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    (At this point, you can cover with plastic wrap, not foil, and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Add 5 minutes to cooking time.)
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour onto crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
