Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
5 chopped green onions
3 stalks chopped celery
3 cans potato soup (Campbells)
2 cans chicken broth
Few drops Tabasco
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Parsley flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream
Sherry
Preparation

Grate cheese very fine so it will melt easily.
Melt butter over low heat; saute' vegetables.
Add broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add soup (undiluted), cheese, parsley, tabasco, salt & pepper.
Stir in sour cream; simmer (do not boil) for 15 minutes. Add Sherry to your taste and stir.
Yield - 10 cups.
