Pineapple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
No. 2 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream white sugar and shortening.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add pineapple.
Sift and add flour, salt and soda.
Pour in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped nuts on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
