Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped potatoes (Irish)
    1 c. water
    1 c. celery
    1/3 c. onions
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/3 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk (whole, 2% or diluted canned)
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables for 20 minutes.
    Add milk to flour; stir until well blended.
    Add milk to vegetables; cook until thick.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Serve.
