Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place in baking dish, skin side down.
    Combine remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours. Brush with oil and cheese occasionally.
    Serves 4.
