My Favorite Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can skim condensed milk
    3 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. flour mixed with sugar
Preparation
    Mix ginger, cinnamon, flour and sugar.
    Beat egg whites lightly.
    Add dry ingredients, then pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Pour into two 10-inch pastry shells or 3 smaller shells. Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
