Rotel (Home Canned) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    finely chopped jalapeno peppers (hot 10, medium 7, mild 4)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large enamel pot.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into sterilized pints; seal and process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
