Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 can apple pie filling or 4 sliced apples

Preparation

Blend the first 4 ingredients, then add to remaining ingredients.
Fold it all in and it will be thick and lumpy.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or use your favorite icing.
