Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, mixed as directed on pkg.
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Marinate artichokes in dressing to which Parmesan cheese has been added.
    (Marinate overnight or all day.)
    When ready to serve, toss dressing with lettuce, oranges and croutons.
    Do not mix until ready to serve.
