Cambridge Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 chicken breast per person
lemon
rosemary
balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Brown the chicken in small amount of fat.
(Electric pan preferred.) Remove chicken from pan. Slice off in small pieces the outside of 1 lemon (1 lemon for 4 pieces of chicken).
Put in bottom of frypan.
Place chicken back in pan. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with rosemary and pour 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over each piece.
Cook until done.
