Polish Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 cucumbers
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
onions (optional)
Preparation

Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin.
Salt and leave standing for 30 minutes so that the water is drawn from the cucumbers.
Place in a napkin and squeeze out the liquid.
Pepper and mix sour cream.
Yoghurt may be substituted for sour cream. Also you can add sweet onions if you so desire.
