Quick Spiced Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can peach halves
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Drain syrup from peaches into saucepan.
    Add sugar, cider vinegar and pickling spices.
    Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Add peaches and simmer gently 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and chill, allowing fruit to stand in spiced syrup several hours or overnight.
    Serve as garnish or meat accompaniment.
