Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. minced beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/3 c. rice
    f. g. pepper
    1 tin tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash the rice.
    Mix meat, onion, rice and seasonings in a bowl.
    Form into balls.
    Place in frying pan and brown.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover and braise 25 to 30 minutes.
