French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add all other ingredients.
    Stir; pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
