Gerome Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. crushed graham crackers
Preparation
    Line pan with crackers (13 x 9 pan). Melt butter and sugar. Beat egg and milk together. Add to butter and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add pecans, coconut and cracker crumbs. Pour over crackers. Add another layer of crackers; spread with icing.
