Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scallion bulb, finely chopped with 2-inches greens
    1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice or lime juice
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    2 ripe avocados
    dash of paprika
    fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except avocados, parsley and paprika. Peel the avocados.
    Mash the pulp with a fork.
    Add the mashed avocados to the other ingredients.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
    To serve, spread on crackers or toast.
