Knefla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    1 med. onion
    4 stalks celery
    1/2 stick butter
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 c. a/p flour
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute carrots, onion, and celery in butter.
    In large stock pot bring broth to a boil.
    Pour in sauteed vegetables.
    Mix flour, salt and water together to form dough, (you may not need all the flour).
    Add to broth one tsp. at a time.
    Let cook until dough is cooked throughout.
