Beef Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Land-O-Frost beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation

Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Take your beef and make a square, using all of the meat, making sure that each piece overlaps the other just a little.
Then, using a mixer, blend cream cheese, minced onion and lemon pepper until fluffy.
Spread this mixture over beef as evenly as possible.
