Drumstick Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chicken drumsticks (as many as desired)
parsley
salt and pepper
garlic powder
oil
Marsala cooking wine

Preparation

Deskin drumsticks.
Place in one layer in roasting pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder generously.
Pour oil over chicken, enough to baby the chicken with.
With your hands, rub the seasoning in real good.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Twenty minutes before chicken is ready, pour Marsala cooking wine generously over the chicken. Mmm, Mmm, good.
