Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 qt. or 15 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter (real butter is best)
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Divide corn on 2 ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pans.
Heat sugar, butter, syrup and salt; stirring until bubbly around edges.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda until foamy.
Pour over popped corn slowly.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
