Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, grated
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
1 can cream of broccoli soup
Preparation

In large bowl, mix melted margarine and cracker crumbs.
Add onion, eggs, soup and cheese.
Stir in squash.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese or buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
