Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small sirloin, cut into small cubes
1 onion, cut up
1 small can mushrooms
1 can beef gravy
12 oz. egg noodles
16 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onions, then add sirloin cubes.
Brown meat and add a little water plus beef gravy.
Cook until meat is tender.
Add sour cream (about 10 ounces) or until gravy is light brown.
Cook noodles separately.
Add to mixture.
Put mushrooms in when you are cooking the beef.
Heat everything again.
Good with peas or broccoli.
