Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion (stir with a fork to break up meat). Drain off excess grease.
    Add remaining ingredients, except noodles.
    Mix well.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake 10 minutes more.
