Yummy Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. beef broth
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    2 Tbsp. butter
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook corn in beef broth for 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Add milk, salt, sugar, onion and tapioca.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add butter.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
