Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

Blend butter, flour and sugar in top of double boiler.
Beat eggs and add milk.
Cook all together until thick.
Cool and add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell and serve with whipped cream.
