Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Note:
    Need 5 cups chopped vegetables.
    May use any combination (broccoli, cauliflower, onion, purple cabbage, pepper (green or red), carrots, tomato and celery).
