Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Cook gelatin, sugar and water for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let cool.
While this mixture is cooling, blend together the cream cheese and the whipping cream (use the whipping cream as it comes from the carton).
Add the cream mixture and the nuts.
Put in the refrigerator to gel.
