Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten (may use more whites, less yolks)
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Cool loaves in pans about 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
Serve with lite cream cheese.
