Stir-Fry Vegetables With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    2 c. broccoli
    2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. carrots
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. meat, cut into thin slices
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat 1/4 cup cooking
    oil in a frying pan.
    Cook meat until done.
    Set aside.
    Add 1 tablespoon of oil; cook all vegetables together for 3 to 5 minutes, then add meat to vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add some soy sauce to taste; cook for another 1 minute.
    You can serve over rice or noodles.
