Green Beans With A Flair(Glamorize With Cashews) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh green beans
    boiling salted water
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. salted cashews
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut ends off beans.
    Cut beans into 2-inch pieces and place in a large saucepan with boiling, salted water.
    Cover; cook until tender, but still crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
    May be refrigerated overnight.
