Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 large cans crushed tomatoes
5 to 6 large cans tomato sauce
2 medium cans tomato puree
3 medium cans tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring all tomato sauces combined to a boil.
Lower heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 4 to 5 hours.
Makes approximately 17 to 18 quarts.
Season to taste
